Merit Tutors is a UK-based education provider offering high-quality tuition both in-centre and online. We currently operate three branches in London and deliver online lessons worldwide.
We are now expanding our services by introducing Online Quran & Arabic Studies Tuition for children, and we are looking for a dedicated and capable Admin Officer based in Bangladesh to manage and grow this new section.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls and enquiries from parents professionally
* Communicate with parents and students via phone, WhatsApp, and email
* Manage lesson bookings, scheduling, and student attendance
* Coordinate with teachers and ensure smooth lesson delivery
* Provide training and guidance to teachers (initial training will be provided)
* Conduct interviews and recruitment of Quran and academic tutors
* Monitor teaching quality and ensure high standards are maintained
* Manage payments, track fees, and follow up on outstanding payments
* Calculate and process teachers’ payments accurately
* Maintain student records and administrative data
* Support overall operations of online tuition services

Requirements
* Strong command of English (spoken and written)
* Confident in communicating with UK-based parents and teachers
* Hafiz or Alim background preferred (especially for Quran section)
* IELTS qualification preferred (or equivalent English proficiency)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, email, etc.)
* Previous admin/customer service experience is a plus
