Responsibilities & Context:
Fleet Management: Oversee the lifecycle of excavators, loaders, cranes, dump trucks, dozers, graders, and Batching Plants.
Maintenance & Repair: Execute preventive maintenance schedules and lead troubleshooting for major mechanical or system failures.
Technical Expertise: Diagnose and repair complex diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and powertrains.
Performance Monitoring: Track fleet downtime, fuel efficiency, and overall performance metrics to minimize operational costs.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all equipment meets international safety standards and local project requirements.
