Schedule Management & Monitor progress against schedules and report delays.
Budget Control & Manage resources and costs to stay within budget.
Quality & Safety Assurance
Quality Control, inspect work, conduct tests, and ensure adherence to specifications.
Safety Compliance, Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Communication & Reporting
Stakeholder Liaison & Coordinate with architects, clients, and other stakeholders.
Reporting: Prepare progress reports, daily site reports, and technical documentation.
