Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure accurate preparation and verification of delivery challans and loading slips.
Manage and complete shift-wise delivery operations efficiently and on time.
Maintain showroom-wise registers and prepare, review, and update related reports.
Coordinate closely with the sales team to support delivery and showroom activities.
Handle customer interactions professionally to ensure a positive service experience.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with operational procedures.
