Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have M.Sc./ B.Sc. in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering/EEE having no 3rd division/class in any examination

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Roster duty in Data Center/Disaster Recovery Site (DRS)/near Data Center including night shift.
∎ Responsible for troubleshooting Hardware (PC, server, printer, scanner etc.) related issues.
∎ Responsible for maintaining Inventory of IT Devices and Equipment.
∎ Responsible for providing Desktop and Helpdesk ICT supports, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2+ years of experience in Server Operating System /Network Management/End of Day (EOD) operation.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not to apply.
∎ Candidates having break of services need not to apply.
∎ Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
∎ Basic Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange Mail, SCCM, Network Troubleshooting
∎ The candidate must agree to work at Night Shift
