Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a social media operational plan, functionalize the plan and actively search for new approaches for enhancing social media reach.
∎ Manage Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram etc. social media accounts.
∎ Design new innovative content for social media, promote content through social advertising (boost the page of post) and monitor the impact advertising
∎ Monitor each individual clinic page and integrate with the central page, support to create local post and ensure the quality post by clinic team
∎ Share the experiences of social media with the concern team and coordinate with the respective to create an interlink between social media content and service.
∎ SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic by responding inbox or chat in social media regularly.
∎ Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO, email, social media and display advertising, organizational promotions. Monitoring the impact of promotional and advertising campaign.
∎ Ensure all client data is captured, stored and used in a confidential manner with full client consent and generate the primary report monthly.
∎ Monitor and managing call center operations daily by hearing call recordings to ensure the qualify standards of calls and provide feedback to the agents
∎ Make follow up call and mystery call to the agreed client for ensuring the call quality on regular basis.
∎ Help the manager scheduling and ensuring manpower in shifts for handling uninterrupted customer call.
∎ Support to running and managing call centre daily operation
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least -1-2 years of experience in a similar role in reputed organization.
∎ Have good knowledge on Graphic design will be given preference.
