Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Honors/BBA from any reputed university.
∎ Having diploma in social compliance from any reputed institute will be given priority.
∎
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal requirements.
∎ Work to ensure good health & safe environment in the workplace in all aspect of compliance including OSH, chemical, fire & electrical.
∎ To take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively.
∎ To maintain a relationship with workers between management to avoid any grievance.
∎ To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/register as per buyer requirements.
∎ To prepare & corrective action plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ Should have knowledge to face certification audit like BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO standard, GOTS, OCS, GRS & Buyer CSR audit.
∎ To monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, accident & root cause analysis.
∎ To arrange training such as orientation, Health & safety & buyer COC training.
∎ Implement & maintain health & safety standards.
∎ Standardize health & safety in order to remain consistent.
∎ Identify hazardous waste & disposal it correctly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
