Overview:
As a Campus Admin Officer, you will require to supervise the school campus, ensuring a safe and supportive environment, and managing overall administrative duties. This role requires a candidate who is not only proficient in administrative tasks but also committed to upholding the values and principles of an Islamic educational institution.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the school campus to ensure a safe, orderly, and conducive learning environment.
Monitor student behavior, address disciplinary issues, and enforce school policies in accordance with Islamic values.
Coordinate and manage campus maintenance to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Oversee student management, including log-in and log-out procedures, and maintain effective communication with parents on the ground floor.
Ensure adherence to disciplinary standards and appropriate student attire.
Supervise locker and seating arrangements for both students and teachers.
Organize and supervise Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM).
Plan and coordinate campus layout and room allocation for students and teachers.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication with parents, addressing their concerns.
Address issues raised by students, offering them a safe space to seek help.
Resolve concerns raised by teachers and manage class routines.
Regularly supervise CCTV monitoring to ensure campus security.
Coordinate school events such as extracurricular activities, annual sports, etc.
Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of the campus.
Coordinate and provide instructions to support staff to address any campus-related issues.
Carry out any additional duties assigned by Management as needed.
