Key Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development

  • Prepare detailed lesson plans and engaging lecture materials in alignment with the curriculum.

  • Actively contribute to the design, review, and enhancement of the academic curriculum.

  • Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies, technology, and real-life applications to make learning effective and interactive.

• Teaching and Student Engagement

  • Deliver lectures and facilitate discussions to promote critical thinking and active participation.

  • Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork among students.

  • Provide academic support, guidance, and mentorship to students as required.

• Student Progress Monitoring

  • Track and assess students’ academic performance regularly through tests, assignments, projects, and classroom participation.

  • Identify areas of improvement and provide personalized support to meet the learning needs of individual students.

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.

• Evaluation and Feedback

  • Evaluate assignments, written work, and examinations on a regular basis.

  • Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their academic skills and overall performance.

  • Ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency in grading and assessment.

• Examinations and Academic Duties

  • Execute all responsibilities related to the preparation, invigilation, and evaluation of examinations.

  • Support academic administration by fulfilling duties assigned by the school or department.

  • Ensure adherence to academic policies, standards, and deadlines.

• Departmental and Institutional Contribution

  • Assist in departmental meetings, workshops, and planning activities.

  • Participate in initiatives to enhance the academic reputation and operational effectiveness of the department.

  • Collaborate with colleagues for knowledge-sharing and interdisciplinary activities.

• Professional Development and Management Support

  • Continuously update knowledge and teaching skills through research, training, and professional development opportunities.

  • Support the school’s vision and mission by contributing to extracurricular, cultural, and academic events.
