• North South University,BRAC University,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,East Delta University, Chittagong,Chittagong Independent University students will get preference

• Minimum HSC/Equivalent qualification with professional training in photography.

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media & Communication, or related subjects is highly desirable.

• Age 24 to 36 years

• Professional Photography: Expertise in event photography, portrait photography, candid shots, and storytelling through images.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of lighting, composition, exposure, color theory, and camera equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless).
• Photo Editing & Post-Production: Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop for color correction, retouching, and enhancing images.
• Design & Illustration Skills (Optional Advantage): Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for layout design, banners, posters, and creative graphics.
• Creative Direction: Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for school campaigns, events, yearbooks, and digital content.
• Time Management: Capable of working under pressure during major school events and meeting tight deadlines.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with teachers, students, and administrative staff.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality, polished output in all photography and editing tasks.
• Child-Safe Photography Practices: Strict adherence to ethical guidelines, privacy rules, and safeguarding protocols when photographing children.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, or after school hours during key events.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a professional photographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in event, portrait, and lifestyle photography.
• Strong understanding of advanced photography techniques, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator will be considered a significant advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines during busy school events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and students.
• Creative vision, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ethical, responsible, and respectful when photographing children, with strict adherence to safeguarding and data privacy.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays during major school events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photographs of school events, activities, portraits, and day-to-day moments.

• Plan, shoot, and deliver visually compelling images that align with the school’s brand and communication goals.

• Edit, retouch, and enhance photos using professional photo-editing software to ensure polished and consistent results.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrative staff, and students to understand project needs and timelines.

• Manage photography equipment and maintain organized archives of digital assets.

• Ensure all photography activities comply with the school’s safeguarding, child protection, and data privacy guidelines.

• Work during weekends or holidays as required for major school events.
