• Master’s degree (M.Com) in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• CACC required (CA/ACCA/CIA part qualified preferred)

• Experience using ERP systems , financial management and compliance monitoring.

• Proficiency in Accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to identify discrepancies, risks, and inefficiencies

• Capable of working independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and control protocols.
• Review financial and operational documents for accuracy and integrity.
• Reconcile documentation with inventory, assets, and financial data
• Conduct risk-based audits and assess internal controls.
• Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Provide insights on emerging risks and regulatory changes.
• Assist in annual audit planning, risk assessment, and execution.
• Monitor financial performance to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Perform specialized audits and advise departments on compliance matters.
• Support senior management in decision-making and strategic improvements.
