- Knowledge about efficient Dyeing operations, Dyes and Chemicals, Orgatex, Auto dispenser etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitor the dyeing processes to review machine timing, temperature, dyes, chemicals, etc.
- Apply systematic method to experiment and identify color-wise and time-wise new dyeing SOP to improve quality
- Analyze the machining curve at intervals and the dyeing processes to maintain the uniformity of batch-to-batch shade
- Prepare periodic reports e.g. water consumption report, auto dispenser report, orgatex report etc.
- Oversee shift supervisors to implement SOPs and resolve dyeing operation issues e.g. poor absorbency, catalytic damage, poor fluidity, stains, moiré effect, shade change from selvedge to selvedge etc.
- Ensure safety protocols through team in the dyeing floor
