Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline having no 3rd class in academic career
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct effective and comprehensive/surprise/special audit and inspection on AD & Non-AD Branches & Head Office
∎ Prepare unbiased reports/recommendation on the strength and weakness of the Branches/Divisions/Departments.
∎ Monitoring offsite and onsite operational activities of the Branches & Divisions.
∎ Review the QOR and prepare summary report on the deviations observed in the for QOR placement to competent authority & follow-up with branch.
∎ Carry out surprise inspection to branches/divisions to sample checks on the items of DCFCL/Self-assessment on Anti-fraud Internal Control/AML of CFT issues/regulatory gaps (if any) are identified
∎ Ensure that the compliance with the audit and inspection report/Bangladesh Bank report is received from the branches/divisions within the scheduled time.
∎ Review the compliance report and furnish comments and prepare summary on the non-complied issues.
∎ Correspond with the branches/divisions for follow up and compliance
∎ Prepare compliance report for Bangladesh Bank
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-6 years’ related experience in Bank.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not to apply.
∎ Candidates having break of services need not to apply.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge on Banking rules & regulation.
∎ Specialization in IS/IT audit emphasizing on system operation/transactional risks.
∎ CA (CC) is preferable.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Package – Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to deal and work in a diverse team
