Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing of LC/Loans/Bills related to Import & Export
∎ Rendering customer supports for Foreign Trade
∎ Realizing commission and other charges
∎ Developing strategies, if requires, in coordination with the team for faster processing/services
∎ Ensuring effective process and controls in line with EBL policy and regulatory requirements
∎ Maintaining International Standard in Trade Operations
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction through better customer services
∎ Contribute making EBL Trade Operations most efficient and recognized in the industry

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in Trade Operations area of reputed Banks/ Financial Institutions is must
∎ Conversant with ICC publications/Trade Products
∎ Conversant with Bangladesh Bank guidelines for Export-Import transactions and other regulations of Import & Export Policy, Customs Bond/ NBR
∎ Strong quality to work in a team
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules
