Job Context:
∎ The primary responsibility of this role is monitoring business achievement & providing business developmental support. Other key responsibilities of this role include preparing business reports, ensuring DST & Agent management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Agent banking business through supervision of relationship officers
∎ Assist in strategy formulation for business expansion and suggest operational modification
∎ Monitor and ensure smooth operation of all processes related to maintenance of customer accounts
∎ Empower Agent assignment & DST management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive & result driven
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Strong problem solving & analytical skills

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
