Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the Bank’s Agent Banking Software.
∎ Configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the Bank’s Agent Banking Products in CBS.
∎ Configuration, implementation, and integration of Agent Banking Software with Bank’s Core Banking.
∎ Configuration, implementation, and integration of various utilities/ Business entities with Agent Banking Software.
∎ Providing technical Support to Agent Banking Business and Operation Department.
∎ Executing UAT and documentation to ensure the compliance of Change Manage Policy of the Bank.
∎ Implementation of End-user/ Bangladesh Bank new requirements.
∎ Project management - prioritization, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments
∎ Operational Excellence - monitoring & operation of production services
∎ Creating and maintaining a healthy workplace environment
∎ Explaining application use to end user
∎ Experience about secure coding and maintaining process control
∎ Develop relationships with internal and external partner teams.
∎ Clear concept about Database System.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ IT graduation and certifications will get preference.
∎ Fresh Candidates do not need to apply.
∎ Candidates having break of service do not need to apply.
∎ Must have good expertise on Microsoft Office as well as experience of handling core banking system and related business intelligence.
∎ Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.

∎ Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
∎ Should have good Leadership and Team building skills.
