Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in day-to-day administrative and factory operations.
● Maintain factory attendance, leave records, and employee registers.
● Support HR and administrative functions such as ID card issuance and document fi ling.
● Coordinate with the factory manager, purchase team, store, and production departments.
● Monitor and maintain offi ce supplies, utilities, and housekeeping activities.
● Handle visitor/vendor entry, gate passes, and security coordination.
● Maintain proper documentation of incoming and outgoing goods (delivery challan, gate pass, materials register).
● Prepare basic reports (daily admin report, manpower status, visitor log, etc.).
● Support audits, safety inspections, and compliance activities.
● Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
