Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all the office vehicles;
∎ Ensure timely servicing of the office vehicles and keep the office vehicles in good condition;
∎ Ensure that all the documents of the office vehicles are updated timely;
∎ Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including different government agencies to ensure smooth operation;
∎ Ensure timely payment to vendors and maintain good relationships with all vendors;
∎ Responsible for arranging all events of the company as per management requirement;
∎ Ensure all kinds of protocol in all official events.
∎ Ensure all administrative supports like office services, travel services, accommodation, transport services, logistic support, safety, security towards the smooth operation of the Company;
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the Management related to the role.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Computer skill, Event Management, Interpersonal Skills, transport management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Leasing, Manufacturing (FMCG), Service Organization.
