Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM and Accounts
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance and accounts.
∎ Skills Required: Data Analysis, Excellent communication, Team Leadership, Technology skill.

∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Language proficiency in English (Writing and Speaking) is mandatory.
∎ The Officer, Accounts and Admin is responsible ensures the smooth functioning of Digital Network Communications operations to including quality of care, financial management and reporting, office maintenance, procurement of office supplies and service.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ ACCOUNTS:
∎ Maintain daily financial reporting by using online Software Systems for Customers and Vendors.
∎ Send email, Invoice to International Customers and Vendors based on agreement.
∎ Prepare Income statement as required.
∎ Keeping records of billing for Customers and Vendors.
∎ Prepare Income statement as required.
∎ Preparation of vouchers, Writing of checks and maintenance of check books.
∎ Maintenance of Bank Register and Cash Book.
∎ Preparation of petty cash vouchers and maintenance of petty cash register.
∎ Ensure payments are made after fulfilling of all the required formalities.
∎ Ensure safe custody of the cash in hand and check books.
∎ =============
∎ ADMINISTRATIVE:
∎ Responsible for overseeing all HR & Admin functions of the Company.
∎ Develop & implement performance appraisal policy including onboarding existing and new employees.
∎ Coordinate and communicate with national and international team members.
∎ Assist in HR and admin issues for national and international teams.
∎ Maintain personal files and records of all staff employed.
∎ Assist Management in preparing required reports and documentation.
∎ Record all correspondence received in register on a regular basis.
∎ Maintain the employee activity register and the work schedule.
∎ Maintain leave and attendance register.
∎ Prepare Business Agreement with International Customers and Vendors.
∎ Prepare International business conference signup.
∎ Prepare VISA processing documents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Language proficiency in English (Writing and Speaking) is mandatory.
∎ Need to work even in any National & Religious Holiday and willingness to work Long Hours.
∎ Managing accounts, records, logistics, and asset register.
∎ Self-motivated and should have good time management skill.
∎ Must possess the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be sensitive to cultural differences and understanding ethical issues.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Google Docs/Spreadsheets.
∎ Microsoft Word (Bangla)/Excel/PowerPoint.
∎ Previous experiences in related job will be preferred.
