Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Documentation and Record Keeping: Manage and maintain records, including export documents, contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
∎ Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
∎ Office Supplies Management: Ensure the availability of office supplies and equipment, managing inventory and procurement as needed.Operational Coordination
∎ Order Processing: Assist in the processing of export orders, coordinating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Shipment Coordination: Work with logistics providers to arrange the shipment of goods, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
∎ Quality Control Assistance: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that products meet the required standards before shipment.Communication and Liaison
∎ Client Interaction: Act as a point of contact for international clients, handling inquiries and providing updates on order status.
∎ Vendor Communication: Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for materials, ensuring that the production schedule is not disrupted.
∎ Government Liaison: Handle communication with government agencies regarding export regulations, customs documentation, and compliance requirements. Human Resources Support·
