∎ HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Upkeep office room in official days
∎ Distribute official documents and materials in respective offices and play labs
∎ Keep all the office material in place
∎ Give indent of all material to manager
∎ Assigned work-photocopy, scanning and printing related work.
∎ Arrange refreshment for guest and linch for play leaders at refresher time
∎ Make sure all types of security in office campus during office time
∎ Maintain Stock and Challan
∎ Collect materials from others office
∎ Other assigned work by supervisor
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage.
