We are hiring a qualified and motivated Office Administrator for the Abu Dhabi office of Al Farez Group.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative support tasks.
  • Coordinate and maintain communication with clients and subcontractors.
  • Supervise labor management and assist in project coordination.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Perform basic design and reporting tasks using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Handle email correspondence and manage social media communications.
