Additional Requirements:

• Age At most 40 years
• Only Female

• A basic knowledge of pet health, nutrition, first aid, and common diseases is required.

• Freshers are highly encouraged, as this is an entry-level junior position.

• Internship or volunteer experience in a veterinary clinic, pet care center, animal shelter, or university lab will be considered an added advantage.

• Experience in handling cats, dogs, or injured animals will be treated as a strong plus.

• Must be comfortable providing online consultation and giving free basic tips to pet parents regarding pet care, food, health, and daily needs.

• Ability to assist the veterinary team in providing free short-term treatment for minor injuries or emergency first aid.

• Must be willing to work closely with the rescue team and support injured or abandoned animals.

• Willingness to participate in awareness campaigns, pet health sessions, and community outreach programs.

• Ability to maintain proper case logs, treatment notes, and follow-up records for pets assisted by Griho Pet.

• Should be eager to support internal product knowledge development (pet food, medicine, accessories, and supplies).

• Must be compassionate, patient, and genuinely interested in animal welfare.

• Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and handle emergency pet situations calmly.

Responsibilities & Context:

Griho Pet, a concern of Flixza Group, is looking for a Junior Veterinary Consultant to join our growing Pet Care and Rescue Team. The selected candidate will provide basic veterinary advice to pet parents online, assist in short-term treatment for injured or rescued animals, and work closely with our rescue and welfare operations.

This position is ideal for fresh veterinary graduates or final-year students who are passionate about animal welfare and wish to gain hands-on experience in both clinical support and community veterinary services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide basic health tips and online veterinary advice to pet owners via phone, chat, or social media.

• Assist in short treatments for injured or rescued pets, under the company’s supervision.

• Participate in rescue operations, health check-up campaigns, and awareness events organized by Griho Pet.

• Maintain records of treated or rescued animals and report cases to management.

• Support in preparing pet care guidelines, educational posts, and awareness content for online platforms.

• Collaborate with the customer support and product team to recommend pet care solutions and products.

• Follow Griho Pet’s operational policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality rules.

• Accept and perform any other tasks assigned by management related to veterinary or rescue activities.
