• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Extensive experience with the Django framework, including Django REST framework and Odoo.
• Proven experience working with different versions of Odoo.
• Strong understanding of the Odoo framework and its architecture.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
• Proficient in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Quick learner, open-minded, and adaptive to new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluency in English communication is a MUST.

Digital Pylot is seeking an experienced Odoo Developer with expertise in developing, customizing, and deploying Odoo modules, with a strong focus on CRM and accounting functionalities. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of the OWL framework and frontend Odoo development, along with a strong background in Python and Django. If you’re skilled in translating business requirements into technical solutions within Odoo, we want you to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules with a focus on CRM and accounting.

• Apply in-depth knowledge of the OWL framework and frontend Odoo development.

• Customize Odoo addons to meet specific business requirements.

• Translate business needs into technical solutions within the Odoo framework.

• Deploy Odoo applications, ensuring smooth and efficient implementations.

• Manage Odoo background jobs and implement email automation tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand business requirements, providing technical solutions.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed modules and customizations.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday (Saturday half-day): 10 am to 7 pm

• Weekend: Half-day on Saturday and Sunday off
