Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and customize Odoo modules with a focus on CRM and accounting.
∎ Apply in-depth knowledge of the OWL framework and frontend Odoo development.
∎ Customize Odoo addons to meet specific business requirements.
∎ Translate business needs into technical solutions within the Odoo framework.
∎ Deploy Odoo applications, ensuring smooth and efficient implementations.
∎ Manage Odoo background jobs and implement email automation tools.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand business requirements, providing technical solutions.
∎ Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed modules and customizations.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
∎ 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
∎ Extensive experience with the Django framework, including Django REST framework and Odoo.
∎ Proven experience working with different versions of Odoo.
∎ Strong understanding of the Odoo framework and its architecture.
∎ Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
∎ Proficient in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
∎ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
∎ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and DevOps practices is a plus.
∎ Quick learner, open-minded, and adaptive to new technologies.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team.
∎ Fluency in English communication is a MUST.
