∎ CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed Term

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Objective 1: To Assist Program Manager-Nutrition for the Overall Monitoring and Reporting of the Nutrition Program Activity.
∎ Assist the Program Manager-Nutrition in Reporting, Documentation and MEAL activities.
∎ Lead and take part in field data collection for strategic indicators
∎ Support data entry and analysis as required
∎ Monitor data entry and analysis as per program required
∎ Regularly monitor & follow-up visits to program sites/ activities to ensure standard reporting procedures have been followed
∎ Assist the Program Manager's-Nutrition in conducting and documenting project lesson learnt exercises and reports
∎ Assist the Program Manager's-Nutrition in organizing capacity-building events for MIS officers as well as field staffs regarding reporting, monitoring, supervision and documentation.
∎ Assist the program Manager's-Nutrition to prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports and organizes monthly and quarterly progress reviews.
∎ Objective 2: Data Management
∎ Assist the PM's-Nutrition in consolidating and analyzing data on program implementation and indicators in Nutrition sectors within area of responsibility in order to facilitate the preparation of periodic reports, as required
∎ Collection and compile all the field data with the support of MIS officer.
∎ Analyze data, prepare monitoring report, and share with PM-Nut.
∎ Develop data management and monitoring tools and orient field staff.
∎ Preparing tools and contribute in developing data validation method.
∎ Objective 3: Reporting
∎ Support Program Manager-Nutrition in submitting all project-related internal and external and requested reports and ad hoc updates on time
∎ Report continuously the progress of the activities and assessments to the line manager.
∎ Assist Program Manager-Nutrition in compiling reports when necessary.
∎ Prepared or compiled daily, weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual report as required by the organization and donners.
∎ Analysis of the report and share the update of the program activity with PM-Nut as well as with field teams.
∎ Regular update findings from field visit, debriefing and feedback to the Manager-Reporting & Monitoring
∎ Objective 4: Capacity Building Activity
∎ Assist PM-NUT to Knowledge building and capacity enhancement services.
∎ Need assessment of the capacity building training for program staffs regarding accurate report preparation and documentation and send training request to PM-NUT.
∎ Support PM-Nutrition to arrange training for field staffs and MIS officer about Monitoring, Supervision, Reporting and Documentation
∎ On the Job Training to MIS officer about data management and analysis if required.
∎ Objective 5: Monitoring and Evaluation
∎ Assist PM-Nut about project implementation through M&E framework and tools.
∎ Develop monitoring tools to keep the program in right tracks
∎ Field visit if required to monitor the program activity.
∎ Analysis monthly report and prepare a monitoring report and submit to PM-Nut.
∎ Monitor the activity of MIS officers.
∎ Assist PM-Nut to monitor program outputs and manage progress against the outcomes defined in the project document.
∎ Support any other M&E and Technical activities (KAP surveys, items distribution, mass information campaigns, etc.)
∎ Objective 6 : Proactively support ACFs commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity
∎ Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards & Child Protection Policies, asking questions and/or for support when necessary;
∎ Implement all work related activities with a gender, disability and child protection lens, taking into account the different needs, concerns and ideas of our staff and beneficiaries;
∎ Ensure the incorporation of gender equity principles in all policies and activities;
∎ Encourage the participation of all genders in meeting and on committees;
∎ Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experiences to prepare program report Specially activity progress report related to donor and organization documentations.
∎ Good organization skill and ability to work in a team.
∎ Good ability to prepare Program Report of Program.
∎ Good skills on Data Analysis and Data Management.
∎ Good Command on: Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet.
∎ Ability for Coordination & Negotiation with Partners working for Camp Population.
∎ Good skill in English, Both in Written and Spoken.
∎ Understand and Speak the Local Language is a Plus.

Salary: Tk. 71000 (Monthly)
