Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Aware of and understand the nursing policies and procedures of the medical and ensure that they are adhered to.
∎ Ensure that nursing care plans are written and up to date.
∎ Cooperate with doctorsGive first Aid to workers.
∎ Monthly medicine statement & requisitionMedicine requisitionChild care observationKitchen room observation.
∎ Arrange Monthly first aid meeting.Arrange pregnant worker meeting.
∎ Take necessaries treatment for ill worker.Maternity worker’s files maintain.
∎ When new worker recruit take necessary steps immediately.
∎ Floor monitoring and first aid box check accordingly.
∎ Injury analyses with root cause & investigation format maintain.
∎ Other works as advice by welfare in charge/Compliance In charge, Doctor & Admin.
