Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Observing & Understanding the patient's behavior in the factory.
∎ Coordinating with the healthcare professional in treatment.
∎ Diagnosing the disease by analyzing the patient's symptom.
∎ Carrying out the requisite treatment and medication.
∎ Doing stitching, dressing, and other medical care.
∎ Doing the required paperwork.Checking all medical equipment and medicine.
∎ Checking inventory and doing requisition.Provide Medical assistance to the employees.
∎ Assist on-duty doctors.
∎ Providing emotional support to patients and organizing workloads.
∎ Responsible for providing quality first aid support to the injured peoples.
∎ Maintaining, observing and recording the condition of patients.
∎ Checking and administering drugs.
∎ Coordinate with HR Dept. to ensure healthy working environment.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assign by the management.
