Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle all kinds of initial reporting, pre-final inspection, Final inspection independently, and all other tasks related to NQA.
∎ Must Be well known about the RQS procedure of Brand American Eagle (AEO)
∎ Follow up and ensure the required quality of goods as per the American Eagle (AEO) Standard before finishing & final inspection.
∎ Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP.
∎ Or any other tasks is given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of Quality assurance (process and finish quality)
∎ Understanding of Textile and Garments production process (fabrics inspection, cutting, washing-color bleeding)
∎ Analytical ability, report writing and statistical data analysis skills
