Additional Requirements:
∎ 1.At least 3 years of network optimization experience in international large-scale projects for Huawei or ZTE Network.
∎ 2.Proficient in the network optimization skills of 2G/3G/4G product systems.
∎ 3.Proficient knowledge with Huawei/ ZTE radio parameter optimization/ KPI and counter system/ feature optimization skills.
∎ 4.High sense of responsibility, track and follow assigned issue until its solved.
∎ 5.Strong communication skills, team player.
∎ 6.Have strong awareness of information security and protection.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Lead and manage the local optimization team to complete the optimization tasks/ customer presentation, responsible for the customer satisfaction. Conduct the routine customer care actions.
∎ 2.Technical reporting/communication with the operator on network optimization, guide for typical issue troubleshooting and performance improvement, clarifying and replying questions.
∎ 3.Responsible for the acceptance KPI achievement/ reports delivery under MS project scope.
∎ 4.Organize the region wise benchmark optimization tasks and Responsible for 3rd party benchmark target achievement
∎ 5. Conduct the performance issue troubleshooting.
