• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering is preferred.

• Only Male

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Woven Garments Quality field.

• At least 3 years of experience working as Nominated GPQ for Kohl’s, JCPenney.

• Must be certified QC by Brand.

• Excellent communication in English (verbal & written).

• Strong knowledge of AQL inspection, testing, and buyer SOPs.

• Capable of handling multiple factories and tight timelines.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.

• Must be self-driven, proactive, and have strong follow-up ability.

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Nominated QC/GPQ for Kohl’s and JCPenney buyers, who will be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining buyer requirements, and coordinating with factories and merchandising teams for smooth production and shipment.

• Work closely with factories to ensure buyer’s quality standards are implemented and maintained.
• Conduct inline, midline, and final inspections as per buyer’s AQL requirements.
• Ensure Kohl’s & JCPenney testing protocols, packaging, and trims approvals are properly followed.
• Communicate and coordinate with buyer QC teams, merchandisers, and production managers.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports, audit summaries, and CAP follow-up.
• Identify quality risks and initiate preventive actions to avoid shipment delays.
• Provide technical guidance to the production and quality team to meet buyer expectations.
• Analyze and report on quality KPIs: DHU, Rejection %, Rework %, and CAPA.
