∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the new crew on our ship, you may have to work with Node.js, Express, Mongoose, MongoDB, CSS, HTML, and other technologies that may come in the future.
∎ We expect strong work ethics and moral values.
∎ We favor talent over history, learning skills over age, teamwork over individualism, and skill sets over the background.
∎ We expect you to be versatile and independent. You understand backend best practices. You solve problems on your own. You are at ease with the entire code cycle from specs, coding, testing, refactoring, deploying, and adapting to feedback.
∎ You have an agile mindset, are not afraid of changes at the eleventh hour, can start work with minimal spec defining it interactively as you go, and take responsibility on your own without your manager asking explicitly. You hate and avoid phrases like - that is not my work.
∎ You accept criticisms constructively and always try to improve. You do not collapse or get stuck in problems for hours. You raise red flags in time and not when it is too late.
