∎ Minimum Bachelor
∎ Skills Required: Monitoring and Supervising, working in night shift

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospital management, Hospital or Diagnostic Centre

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring patient care services overnight.
∎ Look after all units of the hospital at night.
∎ Ensure accountable, steady, and smooth functioning of the in-patient nursing care department.
∎ Ensuring night shift employees are on duty in their assigned location.
∎ Responsible for providing quality care and support to individuals.
∎ Responsible for the safety and security of People supported during the night shift.
∎ Maintaining safety and security of the premises during the shift.
∎ Handling emergency situations as required.
∎ Ensuring housekeeping services of the hospital at night.
∎ Communicating problems with the management team for any solution.
∎ Providing reports to the authority for acknowledgment and support.
∎ Instructions on noted concerns would be followed regarding the night shift.
∎ Capable to handle service-related problems on spot.
∎ Taking action on feedback from authority continuously to improve services.
∎ Cooperate & coordinate with all other departments and colleagues.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management and depending on any situation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Confident and dynamic personality.
∎ Very good at communication
∎ Experienced in night shift supervision
∎ Be passionate and have the courage to drive and handle any situation.
∎ Possess corporate customer-handling techniques.
∎ Comfortable in dealing with all levels of people.
∎ Actively participate as a team player to ensure unit cohesion.
