∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Skills Required: System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Network System, IT Infrastructure
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Incident handling – Proficient at handling any incidents that occur on the NOC or company’s network.
∎ Documentation – Must be proficient at documenting issues, reports, etc. to make sure things are taken care
∎ Monitoring infrastructure – Must know the inner workings of and the functionalities of NOC infrastructure to be able to monitor it accurately for glitches.
∎ Monitor systems – Must be proficient at how to monitor systems and what to look for
∎ Reporting – Must be skilled at reporting different aspects of a network properly
∎ Understand SAN basics – Proficient at understanding the basics of SAN
∎ Tracking issues – Proficient at following/tracking issues that are appearing on the NOC
∎ Troubleshooting the problems – Proficient and knowledgeable about networks and how to properly troubleshoot various problems
∎ Diagnosed operational network issues and recommend solutions.
∎ Managed control protocols for Large Scale LAN / WAN / VPN infrastructure.
∎ Ensured proper Linux, IP, Firewall, VPN, and server configuration.
∎ Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g. routers, switches, firewalls, VPN)
∎ Knowledge about Fortinet and Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Cisco FTD, NGFW, Kubernetes, MySql, PostgreSQL
∎ Maximizes network performance by monitoring tools for example Nagios, Solarwind, Manage Engine.
