Must have a strong understanding of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and LAN/WAN setup.
Should be proactive in identifying and resolving technical issues before they impact users.
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.Willingness to work during off-hours or weekends if required for urgent network issues or maintenance.
Must have the ability to document technical issues and solutions clearly for internal use.
Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Mikrotik, Cisco, or similar network devices will be an added advantage
Responsibilities & Context:
Network Infrastructure Management
Configure and manage IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS), VLANs, QoS.
Design and manage IP/MPLS backbone networks.
Operate Cisco, Juniper, and MikroTik routers and switches.
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls (Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX).
Server & System Administration
Manage Linux-based servers (FTP, Radius, ERP, PABX).
Implement virtualization, RAID, and storage solutions.
Deploy and maintain monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG, Dude).
Security & Compliance
Apply firewall policies, ACLs, IDS/IPS systems.
Perform vulnerability assessments and ensure ISO 27001/NIST/BTRC compliance.
Develop disaster recovery and backup strategies.
Fiber & OLT/ONU Management
Configure and troubleshoot GPON/EPON/XPoN OLTs (BDCOM, C-DATA).
Perform fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and documentation.
Customer Support & NOC Operations
Provide Level 2/3 support and manage SLA-based ticket resolution.
Coordinate field teams for network maintenance and installations.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain network diagrams, GIS maps, and inventory logs.
Prepare compliance and technical reports.
Team Leadership & Training
Train staff on network and fiber technologies.
Lead R&D projects for cost-effective network solutions.
