Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and approach potential customers to promote high-speed internet services.
Conduct direct sales visits to residential, corporate, and SME clients.
Generate new leads through cold calling, door-to-door marketing, referrals, and social media engagement.
Understand customer needs and offer customized internet plans to meet their requirements.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Follow up on potential customers to convert leads into sales.
Provide detailed information about internet packages, bandwidth options, and pricing.
Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and referrals.
Work closely with the support team to ensure seamless service activation for new customers.
Assist customers in understanding the benefits of FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) technology, router setup, and bandwidth allocation.
Conduct market research to analyze competitors` services, pricing, and offers.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure quick installation and troubleshooting for new clients.
