Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the area sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Set clear performance goals and KPIs for team members.

  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.

  • Manage daily sales activities, route plans, and coverage for the team.

  • Promote and position ISP products and services effectively in the assigned area.

  • Ensure brand visibility through local marketing initiatives (e.g., banners, flyers, events).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ( Corporate), local businesses, and partners.

  • Act as the main point of contact for major customers.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions, including custom ISP packages, corporate plans, or bulk connections.

  • Identify new sales opportunities, markets, and customer segments.

  • Generate leads through Team field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; analyze results and trends.

  • Manage area sales budgets, expense control, and resource allocation.

  • Liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
