Experience:
Lead, coach, and motivate the area sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Set clear performance goals and KPIs for team members.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
Manage daily sales activities, route plans, and coverage for the team.
Promote and position ISP products and services effectively in the assigned area.
Ensure brand visibility through local marketing initiatives (e.g., banners, flyers, events).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ( Corporate), local businesses, and partners.
Act as the main point of contact for major customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions, including custom ISP packages, corporate plans, or bulk connections.
Identify new sales opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
Generate leads through Team field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; analyze results and trends.
Manage area sales budgets, expense control, and resource allocation.
Liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
