Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain a variety of networking devices, including:

- Routers: Juniper (Basic), MikroTik (Expart)

- Switches: Cisco, Huawei, BDCOM

- OLTs: Huawei, VSOL, BDCOM, DBC, AVIES

- Wireless Devices for last-mile connectivity

• Manage and troubleshoot advanced network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VLAN, and others.

• Take full responsibility for the entire network infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime and stability.

• Monitor and manage network performance using tools like Cacti, The Dude, SolarWinds, NMS, and respond promptly to any issues.

• Provide technical support and customer service by addressing client complaints and queries through phone, email, or other communication channels.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, mail servers, FTP, MRTG, OLT, and ONU technologies.

Requirements:

Education:

- Diploma in Computer Science Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), or a related field.

- A Bachelor's degree in CSE, EEE, or ECE is preferred.

- Professional certifications like MTCNA or CCNA are a plus but not mandatory.

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ISP operations, corporate networking, or IIG environments is required.
