∎ B.Sc. in CSE/EEE/Telecommunication Engineering a relevant field or
∎ BBA/MBA (Marketing preferred)

∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing within the ISP sector (mandatory)
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Technical understanding of ISP operations and service delivery
∎ Familiarity with direct selling and IT-enabled services
∎ Experience in market research and competitive analysis
∎ Proven track record in customer acquisition and target achievement
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Acquire new customers by conducting regular client visits and identifying business opportunities
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention
∎ Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic marketing and direct sales efforts
∎ Participate in business development initiatives to expand market reach
∎ Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to support strategic planning
∎ Attend and represent the company at conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and other networking events
∎ Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends
∎ Participate in weekly and monthly progress meetings with management
∎ Demonstrate initiative and work effectively under pressure both independently and as part of a team
∎ Assist in leading and motivating a sales team when required
∎ Deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
