Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and architect network solutions to meet the organization's requirements for performance, reliability, and scalability;
∎ Lead the design and implementation of LAN, WAN, and data center networks, incorporating the latest technologies and best practices;
∎ Configure and deploy network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers;
∎ Manage network configurations, patches, and updates to ensure continuous operation and security;
∎ Lead and manage complex network projects, from planning and design through to implementation and testing;
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to project objectives;
∎ Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, including performance bottlenecks, connectivity problems, and security breaches;
∎ Proactively monitor network performance and implement optimizations to enhance reliability and efficiency;
∎ Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and access controls;
∎ Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures;
∎ Share knowledge and mentor junior team members to enhance the overall skillset of the team;
∎ Professional certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Designing Cisco Enterprise Networks (300-420 ENSLD) and (500-490 ENDESIGN) will be added advantage;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Professional certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Designing Cisco Enterprise Networks (300-420 ENSLD) and (500-490 ENDESIGN) will be added advantage;
∎ In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, and network security concepts;
∎ Experience with network design tools, network management systems, and traffic analysis tools;
∎ Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices from leading vendors;
∎ Strong understanding of virtualization, cloud networking, and software-defined networking (SDN) concepts;
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure;
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams;
