Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning and analyzing customer needs to Design network infrastructure as per customer thoughts.
∎ Prepare a High-Level Design plan and presentation to incorporate customer needs in design.
∎ Visit the customer site to prepare an implementation checklist and also check site readiness for further implementation like power, cooling, physical condition, connectivity readiness, etc.
∎ Prepare IP Schema, Equipment-wise high-level design and configuration summaries, and Resource and Implementation plan for both customer and company.
∎ Breakdown detail implementation task and plan to require time and human resources according to plan.
∎ Physical Installation, Configuration, and Commissioning of the network equipment are as per design documents 7 Analyze customer security policies, and interpret them with a proper plan to implement/Harding organization network security. Configuring alert services based on network equipment failover/links/threshold/policy violation to the specific user group to proactively notify the customer when some outage occurs.
∎ Network equipment troubleshooting, repairing loopholes, and commissioning for any further work required in customer network infrastructure.
∎ Conduct wireless site survey for planning and optimizing radio frequency management for wireless system
∎ Conduct UAT and PAT for project acceptance by a customer on an individual project and prepare proper documentation for those to submit.
∎ Prepare Low-Level design or detail design document for after project implementation submission.
∎ Prepare project completion document and customer network infrastructure maintenance document and also prepare workflow for further and continuous monitoring.
∎ Arrange after the project implements training session and prepare a training document and specific simulation task list for hands-on.
∎ Manage and coordinate customer and other project-related personnel to meet own company goals within specified deadlines on each project.
∎ Coordinate with customer ISP and other Data Link Service Providers to negotiate and perform the desired installation on time to meet customer needs and complete the project within the deadline.
∎ Coordinate third-party vendors for specific projects to get desired output to finish project work within the deadline.
∎ Maintain formal communication with the customer and project-related personnel to keep updated about project progress.
∎ Supervising the administration of systems and server-related networks to ensure the availability of services to authorized users.
∎ Maintaining multi-site network operations and software applications, operating systems, and regular maintenance with both private and public facilities. Support customer Networks both remotely and physically.
∎ Deliver patches and updates regularly on customer equipment and notify customers proactively about faulty types of equipment to replace them on time.
∎ Planning technical to perform customer queries and maintenance work.
∎ Coordinate feedback for support work between engineers and project management staff.
∎ Maintain resource schedule for planned project work and as well as for emergency backup work.
∎ Arrange internal technical team meetings to share technical knowledge, collaboration session, and project review meetings.
∎ Assign level-1 and level-2 technical engineers on projects and day-based calls.
