Job Responsibilities:
∎ Functional Responsibilities:
∎ Develop business plan and Network strategy in accordance with business
∎ objectives of company.
∎ Network development China , HKG , Fareast and South East Asia
∎ Coordinate Project logistics network : Europe , USA , Asia
∎ Develop innovative and profitable products and meet budgets for product
∎ development.
∎ Ensure compliance with the relevant regulations and standards (e.g.
∎ Customs, Code of Conduct, etc.) within the function
∎ Ensure timely delivery of the monthly functional reporting
∎ Perform yield management
∎ Analysis the industry and placed our SWOT for strengthening the whole
∎ activity based on competitive market requirement
∎ Budgeting, Create Sales and overall company Targets & Set financial
∎ Budgets
∎ Responsible for the increase of business volume and profitability of
∎ assigned trade lane
∎ Preparing quotations / RFQ / BID and sales materials for prospective
∎ clients of assigned trade lane
∎ Managing clients/accounts under assigned trade lane in a timely and
∎ efficient manner
∎ Supervising and measuring the productivity and activities level of team
∎ members
∎ Conducting regular research and recommending appropriate strategies to
∎ management
∎ Closely follow up Global Net work associations like WCA
∎ Meet budgets for business & trade lane development
∎ Building and maintaining strong rapport with overseas clients /agents by
∎ conducting sales visit.
∎ Developing team members and guiding them to maximize their
∎ potentiality of securing new business.
∎ Maintain & improve GP margin according to Business Unit strategic
∎ objectives
∎ Client Service:
∎ Resolving service problems, disruptions and customer complaints against
∎ sea- air team
∎ Reduce dissatisfaction of customers with prompt resolution of any
∎ service problems that may occur
∎ Establish strong relationship with Shipping Lines/Airlines to secure
∎ better rates & services
∎ Reporting & Analysis:
∎ Provide business challenges report
∎ Strategy setting to regain & retain lost & existing business;
∎ Manage and maintain fortnightly Activity Reports
∎ Business Development:
∎ Identifies and generates new business; develops and delivers sales
∎ presentations
∎ Develop innovative and profitable products and meet budgets for product
∎ development
∎ Develop customer relations including but not limited to sales leads,
∎ research, qualifying leads, developing leads, and customer service
∎ Maintains and develops client relations for new customers, assuring all
∎ existing customer are contacted regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
∎ and develop need-based marketing relations
∎ Develops and implements action plan with objectives and strategies to
∎ increase revenue and aggressively acquire new accounts
∎ Develops and implements a plan for closing business and maintaining
∎ long-term customer relationships
∎ Seeks/creates opportunities to expand business with current clients;
∎ identifies further business needs and develops and presents solutions
∎ Develop and implement procedures that enhance the efficiency of the
∎ business development team
∎ Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares
∎ post-event reports and analysis
∎ Meet budgets for business & trade lane development
