Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms.
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent supply and competitive pricing.
∎ Plan, organize, and coordinate procurement activities.
∎ Ensure timely ordering of materials, products, or services as required by internal departments.
∎ Oversee the purchasing of goods and services in alignment with company needs.
∎ Continuously seek opportunities to reduce procurement costs and optimize purchasing strategies.
∎ Monitor and analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
∎ Ensure the quality of goods and services purchased meet company standards.
∎ Conduct regular quality checks and audits on incoming supplies.
∎ Track orders from placement to delivery and ensure timely fulfillment.
∎ Coordinate with inventory management teams to maintain adequate stock levels.
∎ Doing documentation as per company requirement.

∎ ∎ Capable to ensure problem & issues.
∎ ∎ Strong time management and organizational skills.
