Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow and implementation of the warehouse operational strategies and procedures according to the company and buyer’s policy.
∎ Supervise the daily receiving, issuing documents of order booking and requirements, including day-to-day store functions according to the SOP.
∎ Ensuring in bound & out bound Goods, warehouse management, safety and security within the warehouse and ensuring proper shipment delivery system.
∎ Monitor and maintain all required records, registers, ledgers, & MIS reports of the store as well as inventory bin cards etc.
∎ Develop and maintain software-based system (ERP/Tally) for materials delivery to the production floor according to the production and shipment plan.
∎ Monitor the GRN, MRR, GRR, Delivery & Mushak Challan etc.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Merchandising Department and cater their requirement successfully.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in the best possible way.
∎ Ensuring proper system for Chemical purchasing, storing, handling & inventory.
∎ finished goods according to delivery schedule; Resolve problems concerning transportation vehicle, loading, unloading labor, logistics systems, imports or exports and customer issues.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
