∎ 01. Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy, and systems.
∎ 02. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts.
∎ 03. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
∎ 04. Accurate and precise attention to detail.
∎ 05. Ability to assess contract compliance and product/service quality and familiar with contract laws.
∎ 06. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 01. Research and evaluate potential local vendors and suppliers.
∎ 02. Request quotes and compare prices for maximum ROI.
∎ 03. Estimate and establish cost parameters for purchases.
∎ 04. Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
∎ 05. Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply.
∎ 06. Examine and review products and supplies to ensure quality and on time delivery.
∎ 07. Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time.
∎ 08. Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies.
∎ 09. Work with team members, departments, and other concerned to develop future purchasing plans and source potential vendors.
∎ 10. Analyze potential vendors and suppliers for future needs of the Group/Departments.
∎ 11. Ensure all deliveries contain all goods requested.
∎ 12. Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters.
∎ 13. Research a variety of vendors to find the products we need for the best prices.
∎ 14. Establish standard operating procedures for purchasing and monitor the effectiveness of procedures.
∎ 15. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
