Job Context:
∎ The position will be responsible for maintaining and administering company`s IT Hardware and Network Infrastructure. The primary duties will include maintenance of computer networks, hardware, software, and other related systems. Also performing troubleshooting operations, protecting data, software, hardware, and configuration of network hardware components when necessary.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and administering IT and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, Network Devices, Servers, Storages and related configurations.
∎ Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
∎ Maintain company HW assets and Recommend any Systems and Hardware upgradation when required.
∎ Manage technical aspects and efficient deployment of new technologies and systems.
∎ Installation and troubleshooting of desktop, Laptop, GPU and network printers in regular basis.
∎ Planning, Installing, Optimizing and Troubleshooting of Enterprise Servers & Storages (SAN and NAS).
∎ Installation and operation of Network Router, Switches and Firewalls according to the Security requirement of the company.
∎ Maintain professional knowledge base of computer engineering trends and technological advancements.
∎ Test existing hardware components, including processors, motherboard, GPU, circuit boards and network equipment, to define operational parameters and recommend necessary upgrades and replacements to meet current and future performance standards.
∎ Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical issues during development and testing of services and ensure smooth
Additional Requirements:
∎ Hands on experience in managing and troubleshooting Servers, Storage, Router, Switches and other IT related components.
∎ Ability to answer with priority on support related updates over email and other electronic manners.
∎ Ability to focus on the project priorities in order to deliver the required services at the scheduled time.
∎ Certification from major enterprise vendors like Dell Emc/HP/Cisco/VMware will be added advantage
