∎ M.Sc or B.Sc in CSE/EEE/ICT/ETE from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Technical solution for the smooth Operation Walton Contact Center.
∎ Maintenance & Troubleshooting Voice Getaway, UCCM, UCCX, AQM
∎ Maintenance & Troubleshooting AMC Server, DRS Server, SQL Server, Report Server.
∎ Create reports and custom reports as per Contact Center recruitments.
∎ Maintenance & Troubleshooting of all core Network, security & IP Telephony systems.
∎ To Configuring & maintaining servers like VMware (ESXi, Hyper-V), Elastix, Asterisk, VM Machine, AQM, RHEL, Centos, windows, Radius, Sophos server (End point Protection) etc
∎ Maintain different network monitor software such as MRTG, Cacti, solar winds & Network portals.
∎ Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring & analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting network problems, and escalating problems to vendors.
∎ Maintain an inventory of Switches, Routers, Firewalls, terminals, modems and other access devices that are attached to the Network and Security.
∎ Maintain network IT security, analyze networks for security threats, develop virus protection.
∎ Implement secure network by developing network access policies, Firewall solutions, application security, monitoring, access control, and corporate data safeguards, evaluation and maintaining documentation.
∎ Perform vulnerability and networking scanning assessments to enhance more security.
∎ Take Backup periodically of Network and Security equipment configuration, Manage, assign, and maintain the list of network and IP addresses.
∎ Vendor (Links, Devices and services) management for support as well as bill processing.
∎ Solid understanding of server operating systems including Linux and Windows servers, application servers and relational database servers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in different Networks & amp Security equipment.
∎ Certification on CCNA, CCNP, CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration
∎ (CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration Preferred).
∎ Candidate should be capable of working in highly sophisticated IT environment.
∎ Candidate should have hands-on experience on Cisco Router, Cisco Switch, Firewall (ASA/NGFW), Cisco Firewall, Cisco ISE, SSL Certificate, IPT System, Vulnerability Management, Linux Administration, Network Management System (NMS) etc.
∎ Candidate must have hands on experience on Dynamic (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and static Routing Protocol, Switching, IPsec VPN, DMVPN, VLAN, DNS System etc.
∎ Working knowledge in network virtualization Candidate should have depth knowledge on Web Proxy, Virtualization, Controller-based Wi-Fi etc.
∎ Candidate should be proficient in English and Bangla.
∎ Candidate should be a Bangladeshi National.
