Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and execute innovative annual marketing plans to establish a growing brand in order to achieve overall sales targets in terms of volume, revenue and profitability of Company's products (Plastic Division)
∎ To ensure consistent and sustainable growth through efficient management of overall sales operations by providing necessary strategic input, implementing strategic decisions and performing necessary periodic follow-up and evaluation.
∎ Give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvement area and set individual's target.
∎ Finds ways to sell products in the market.
∎ To ensure that Sales Forces are getting proper coaching, guidelines, motivation and support to the respective DSM, ASM & SPO
∎ Achieve organizational goal by achieving month to month given target through sincere efforts and leadership skills.
∎ All the above experience should be focus on the plastic product instance as Onetime disposable item of Cup, Glass, Bowl, Plate, Bottle, Jar, CSD Cap, varieties item of Ice cream cup etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 07 years of experience in sales, specially one time used (disposable) items.
Salary: Negotiable
