Job Context:
∎ Duty Station: Dhaka with extensive field visits (60% time) at the RMG factories and Partners Programme Unit.
∎ Contract Duration: 19 Months
∎ Contract Type: Contract with E-Zone
∎ Contract Start Date: 22 June, 2023
∎ Reporting to: The consultant will be reporting directly to Nutrition Manger, Nutrition Section

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years of experience in social development/public health/nutrition programme implementation
∎ Understanding and working experiences on Labor Laws, maternity rights , scopes and opportunities on breastfeeding protection and child care provisions at workplaces is required
∎ Experience in working with RMG sectors and private sector is preferable
∎ Proven excellent writing skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Experience working with multi stakeholders, particularly government and private sector is essential

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Consultancy Costs:
∎ Monthly remuneration BDT 225,000 per month (as applicable,TA/DA for travel/monitoring visits inclusive) based on completion of agreed deliverables/outputs and report for the month.
∎ The Consultant will be responsible to pay all taxes as per government rules and regulations. E-Zone will make statutory deductions towards income tax as per government rules and regulations.
