Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Exemplify strong knowledge of industry protocols and best practices
∎ Maintain up to date written documentation and policies related to the organization's business activities
∎ Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
∎ Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
∎ Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
∎ Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
∎ Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
∎ Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
∎ Strong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlines
∎ Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
∎ Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
∎ Revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
∎ Executes enterprise-wide anti-corruption due diligence screening globally, including compilation of data, screening, evaluation and analysis of due diligence reports, and escalation of due diligence red flags
∎ Tracks and monitors ethics and compliance trends globally and prepares summary reports
∎ Supports in executing the global compliance and ethics program in India in the principal areas of anti-corruption and ethics
∎ Conducts preventative training on business ethics. Provides compliance advice to the business
∎ Responsible for data repository which includes documentation of due diligence, training and procedures data
